Anne Lindsay is an Exercise Physiologist who received her Master of Science degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and her BA from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
She is a certified Health & Fitness Instructor with the American College of Sports Medicine. For nearly 30 years, she has published research and educational programs in Worksite Health Promotion (government, hospitals, non-profit agencies, multi-employer corporations), Firefighter and Security Forces and Prison and Court-Ordered Drug Treatment Facilities (esp. females with Addiction, Eating Disorders & Body Image Disturbances).
Ms. Lindsay collected and published the national YMCA Adult Fitness Standards. As the Statewide Coordinator for the President’s Council on Physical Fitness and Sport for Nevada, she has more recently directed her efforts into Childhood Obesity research and prevention.
