					<description>It is so true that you can lose track of what you are eating while you are watching tv or on the computer, so in order to enjoy your meal, turn off the technology and savor your food.  I make sure to savor every bite by putting my fork down to my plate after every bite and slowing down to really enjoy the meal.  I like to make meals with mostly vegetables so that it is healthy and flavor with garlic or salsa for low calorie spice and flavor.</description>
