					<description>This program is just what I needed!  A good wake up call to get me motivated.  I'm amazed just reading over how many calories are in some of the foods that I've been eating and just how many I can save by making some simple swaps!  
I like being able to track my weight on line and everyday I log on I look at the picture I uploaded of myself at my goal weight.  It helps keep me motivated!</description>
