					<description>A little cheese goes a long way with my 4-year old.  Since I've started letting her sprinke a little grated cheese on her cooked broccoli (and other vegetables)getting her to eat them has been much much easier!  
I also try to 'sneak in' some veggies into her meals.  For example, I'll add some carrot puree to spaghetti sauce, meatloaf or macaroni and cheese.  She hasn't even noticed.</description>
