					<description>I try to walk, not drive, to my mailbox to check the mail. It takes a little extra time but if I haven't done anything active that day, at least I am getting a little burst of fitness. Every bit counts right?!</description>

					<description>Another thing I try to do is take the stairs whenever it is possible.  At my work site I walk up the stairs at least 5 times a day.  It does not seem like a lot.  But I work on the 4th floor.  It really ads up.</description>

					<description>Instead of e-mailing or calling a colleague, try to walk over to their work area and speak to them personally.  Pace while talking on the phone, park your car far away--- it also saves your car doors from dings!  Try to get extra steps anywhere you can.</description>
